Everything we bring to the room
Everything you need to fill a dance floor — DJs, dhol, lighting, screens, and dance floors for weddings, corporate events, and birthdays across Dallas–Fort Worth.
Book one thing, or the whole room
Most families start with a DJ and add from there once they see the room come together. You can book any of these on their own, or let us handle the entire setup so there is one point of contact on the day instead of five vendors calling each other.
What a package costs depends on the guest count, the venue size, how many events across the weekend, and which of the pieces below you want. Rather than guess, tell us your date and venue and we will give you a straight number.
Live Performance & Hosting
The people on the mic and the drums
DJ (Disc Jockey)
Bollywood, bhangra, Punjabi, Gujarati, Telugu, Tamil, and current Top 40 — read live off the floor, not run off a fixed playlist. This is the core of what we do, and it is what 25 years of Dallas weddings has actually taught us: the right song three minutes earlier is the difference between a full floor and a polite one.
MC (Master of Ceremonies)
Someone who can pronounce your family names correctly, keep the timeline moving, and hand the mic back before a speech runs long. Bilingual hosting available so grandparents and cousins are both being spoken to.
Dhol Player
A live dhol for the baraat, the sangeet entrance, or the moment the groom reaches the mandap. Nothing recorded gets close — you feel a live dhol in your chest, and the procession moves differently because of it.
Tabla Player
Live tabla for the ceremony, the mehendi, or a cocktail hour that should feel warm rather than loud. Pairs well with a lighter DJ set behind it.
Lighting & Ambience
What the photos actually look like
LED Uplighting
Colour-matched to your palette and washed up the walls of the hall. It is the single cheapest thing that changes how a venue photographs, and most couples are surprised how much of the “expensive” look in their inspiration photos is just uplighting.
Intelligent Effects Lighting
Moving heads and beam effects that come alive for the reception dance floor, then sit quietly through dinner. Programmed to the set, not left strobing all night.
Spot Light
A clean follow spot for the entrance, first dance, and cake cutting, so your photographer and videographer are not fighting a dim room at the moments that matter most.
Custom & Designer Monogram
Your initials or a full designed motif projected onto the dance floor or a feature wall. The custom option is a clean monogram; the designer option builds a fuller pattern around it to match your invitation suite.
Screens & Video
For the people in the back row
LED Video Wall
A bright, seamless wall for live camera feeds, your love-story slideshow, or a designed backdrop behind the stage. Bright enough to read in a well-lit banquet hall, which a projector often is not.
LED TVs
Screens placed around the room so guests at the far tables can actually see the ceremony, the speeches, and the entrance instead of watching the backs of heads.
Projector & Screens
The straightforward option for slideshows and video messages from family who could not travel. Good fit for darker halls and smaller budgets.
Dance Floors
Where the night actually happens
White Dance Floor
A clean gloss-white floor that reflects your uplighting and makes the whole room read brighter. The safe, always-photographs-well choice.
Vinyl Wrap Dance Floor
Printed to your design — a monogram, a pattern pulled from the invitations, or a colour that ties the room together. Fully custom to the event.
LED Dance Floor
A lit floor that can hold a solid colour for the first dance and then move with the music once the sangeet or reception opens up. The piece guests photograph most.
Starlit Dance Floor
Hundreds of pinpoint lights set into a dark floor, like dancing on a night sky. Quieter than a full LED floor and a favourite for receptions that want elegant over energetic.
Production & Extras
The details that get remembered
Pro DJ Booth
A finished, facade-fronted booth instead of exposed road cases and cable. It matters more than people expect — the booth sits in the background of a lot of your reception photos.
Mobile Baraat
A battery-powered sound system that walks with the procession, so the music arrives with the groom instead of staying at the door. Built for parking lots and driveways where there is no power to plug into.
Photo Booth
Props, instant prints, and a custom template with your names and date. It keeps the guests who are not dancing entertained, and the print album is usually the first thing families look through the next morning.
Custom CDs
A pressed keepsake of the night’s set for family, especially the relatives who want something physical to take home.
